Hello there and welcome to the Royal Artillery Hunt Supporters site.
The 2018 season has now started, with a great turnout of around 50 mounted riders and 200 on foot at the Royal Artillery Officers Mess, Larkhill Garrison. The day started with plenty of port flowing from the mess hall, and a big pile of hot sausage rolls coming out of the mess kitchen.
Field Master, Lt. Col. Neil Cross welcomed everybody, and kicked the season into action thanking land owners and managers of the Salisbury Plain area, and reminding everyone that the RA Hunt hunts within the law. A trail is laid artificially to replicate the scent of a real fox.
